A couple of months ago we decided to reorganize our laundry room since it had gotten outta control, plus we needed to make space for a new washer and dryer unit. The first large task was just to get all of the clutter out, it was a mess! Then we took the previous top loading washer and dryers out and stripped all of the walls and floor bare of every thing else. After that we made the decision to replace the floor with new linoleum since the old stuff was pretty beat up (torn and scuffed) and repair the partitions before installing the new front loaders, which should be more effective. To finish off our little laundry room remodel, we put in new space efficient storage along the walls and over the washer and dryer as well to maximize storage space. Now we’ve plenty of storage area for all the misc junk that was cluttering up the floor!
